Terms & Conditions
By placing an order or reserving your wedding date with Hire & Admire Blooms, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below.
Wedding Date Reservation
Reserve your wedding date for £49. This is credited towards your future flower order.
Flexible Planning
Add, remove or swap items before your final order is completed.
Final Order Deadline
Your final flower order must be completed at least 21 days before your wedding date.
Rental Period
All rental items are hired for a period of 7 days. This begins 4 days before your wedding or event date and ends 2 days afterwards.
By hiring from Hire & Admire Blooms, you agree that rented items will be used only for their intended purpose and handled with reasonable care.
- Items must not be used beyond their intended purpose.
- Items must not be exposed to open flames.
- Items must not be intentionally damaged or misused.
- Items must not be altered, modified or dismantled.
Wedding Date Reservations
Couples may secure their wedding date by purchasing a Wedding Date Reservation for £49.
The £49 reservation fee is fully credited towards your future flower order, meaning the full value is deducted from your final booking.
A Wedding Date Reservation allows you to secure your wedding date before finalising your flowers, giving you the flexibility to continue planning your bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony styling and venue décor as your wedding plans come together.
Customers may add, remove or swap items before submitting their final flower order.
Your final flower order must be completed at least 21 days before your wedding date.
Payments
Once your final flower order has been submitted, you may either pay in full or choose to secure your booking with a 25% deposit.
The £49 Wedding Date Reservation fee is credited towards your final flower order.
If a 25% deposit is chosen, the remaining balance will be payable 21 days before your wedding date. Payment reminders and due dates will be provided by Hire & Admire Blooms.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings where required payments are not received by the stated due dates.
Changes to an Existing Order
We understand that wedding plans can change. Customers may add, remove or swap items before their final order is completed.
Once a flower order has been submitted, changes can be requested up to 21 days before the wedding date.
Additional items and upgrades may be added before this deadline.
Requests submitted within 21 days of the wedding date cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
All hired items must be returned using the original packaging provided.
Returns should be posted on the agreed return date shown within your account and return instructions.
If the return date falls on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, items should be returned on the next working day.
Return Delays
No need to worry if your return takes a little longer to reach us.
As long as your items are dropped off on the agreed return date, you will not be held responsible for courier or postal delays outside your control.
Insurance & Accidental Damage
Insurance is included within the hire price of all rental items for added peace of mind.
This covers reasonable wear and tear and minor accidental damage that may occur during normal wedding use, including minor petal damage, small breakages, light staining and general handling throughout your celebration.
We understand that weddings are busy occasions and small mishaps can happen. In most cases, minor damage is not something you need to worry about.
Should a significant issue arise, we'll always work with you fairly and reasonably to find the best solution.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a minimum of 90 days’ notice in order for a deposit or paid flower order to be refunded.
Orders cancelled less than 90 days before the rental date may forfeit full payment.
Wedding Date Reservation fees are non-refundable but remain redeemable against a future flower order for the reserved wedding date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or through your customer account portal.
